Competency Based Screening & Selection Process for Child Welfare Professionals

This training will assist interviewers and key staff on how to support implementation of a Competency Based Screening and Selection Process for Child Welfare Professionals to assist in improving workforce by recruiting, hiring and retaining the most highly qualified staff for child welfare in Louisiana.


This training will prepare participants on how to conduct interviews and use the rating tool to ensure fidelity to the model
