The enrichments provided by On The Job Training (OTJT) are not considered trainings and will not replace required/mandatory trainings. Enrichment Sessions are conducted to enhance skills, concepts, and knowledge that has been trained and elicit engagement/sharing amongst staff.  As a CW worker, they are a helpful reminder and encouragement on best practices. 


Enrichments are held every Tuesday 9-10:30 unless otherwise indicated. You can now find the topic for each week on the Intranet as well as the new link indicated below.


Attendance is required for those who are working with an OTJT Consultant, unless you are participating in Foundations or have another mandatory task. Attendance is encouraged for all new professional level staff with less than one year of experience. All other staff members are encouraged to attend to share your knowledge and provide support for the new staff.
