The Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) is a comprehensive act focusing on the interstate/international establishment of parentage, child and/or medical support orders, and for enforcement and modification of support across state and international borders.
UIFSA-Interstate is a two-day course designed to provide a broad foundation of knowledge regarding interstate case procedures and practices as defined in Articles I - VI of UIFSA.
Completion of this course is required prior to registering for the UIFSA-International course.
