The Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) is a comprehensive act focusing on the interstate/international establishment of parentage, child and/or medical support orders, and for enforcement and modification of support orders across state and international borders.
UIFSA-International is a one-day course covering changes made by The Hague Child Support Convention. This expands the discussion of UIFSA to include procedures and resources for processing child support cases with Convention countries as defined in Article VII of UIFSA.
The UIFSA- International course also discusses procedures and resources for processing child support cases with Foreign Reciprocating Countries.
