The Enforcement Tools class provide participants with a basic understanding of procedures and processes necessary to enforce a child support order. This course includes information of Income Assignment, License Suspension, Freeze and Seize, Passport Denials, Consumer Reporting, Lottery Gaming Intercepts, Tax Offsets, Contempt of Court, and the handling of Arrears Only cases.
