This five-day course covers the LITE system functions. This training provides the SNAP worker with the knowledge and tools to maintain work items such as but is not limited to processing cases, conducting interviews, checking and/or updating statuses, setting tasks, etc.
Location: Iberville Building (State Office), Caddo ES Office (Shreveport), and East Jefferson ES Office (Metairie)
