Director of Governmental Affairs


Chip Coulter has served in all three branches of state government, including as Special Counsel to the Louisiana Supreme Court, as Assistant Attorney General, in the Clerk's Office and in the Fiscal Division of the House of Representatives, and as Assistant Executive Counsel to Governor Edwin W. Edwards. Coulter has extensive litigation, administrative, and legislative experience spanning more than 30 years, and was a recipient of the Louisiana State Bar Association President's Award in 2006 for his efforts following Hurricane Katrina.
